Job Title: Specification Manager
Location: St Austell
Salary: Dependent on skills, up to £30k per year.
Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Hours – 07.30am – 17.00pm (Monday – Friday).

Purpose of Your Role:
This new and highly important role assists taking Coastal to the next level in terms of awareness in the specification markets leading to an increase in sales volumes.
We have great and unique products but our outreach needs a drastic uplift. The key purpose of this role is to gain the attention of specifiers with the objective of getting our product written into quality construction project specifications.
The Specification market covers four key groups of target customer. Architects, Self build house builders, High end residential house developers and commercial residential apartment developers.
This role contributes to the year on year business goals and core values which evolve every year.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Being highly proactive with lead seeking and lead handling internally and externally.
- Harvesting and following top opportunities from Barbour ABI platform.
- Working with marketing manager to help use the correct language and style of marketing campaign.
- Building the brand! We want to be the “go to” solution for external hardware.
- Working with the sales team and picking out where we have been specified in view of following the architect up.
