Salary: £40,265 – £42,257 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Loreto Sixth Form College for a highly organised, experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic Facilities Manager to play a key role in the management of estates and facilities services for our College.

The College campus has gone through a vast £40m redevelopment over the last 8 years and now operates from 7 modern buildings occupying over 18,000 square meters. Despite having contemporary facilities, the College successfully maintains its heritage via it’s nineteenth century grade 2 listed chapel. It has over 3,500 students, the vast majority being 16 to 18-year-olds, and over 250 staff. It is highly successful with a national reputation for excellence. At its last inspection, Ofsted awarded the college Grade 1 (outstanding) in every category it inspected.

About the role:

The Facilities Manager will lead the premises team in delivering a high-quality service, ensuring that all health and safety requirements are implemented and adhered to.

This is a full time, full year role working Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5pm. Given the nature of the role, the post holder will be required to work out of hours and at weekends where necessary.

The salary is points 31 – 33 of the Support Staff Pay Scale, currently £40,265 to £42,257 per annum. Additional responsibility allowance may be available for an exceptional candidate.
