Job Title: Field Sales BDM / Senior Field Sales BDM
Location: Bradford
Salary: up to £35k Basic depending on experience plus commissions OTE 100k
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Based in central Bradford, we are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand, products designed to challenge the market. With over 25 years in the business, we now have four dedicated office spaces including a production office in China and support in India.
Now, we are gearing up to shake both the electronic and health & beauty industries to their core with the introduction of two new brands and a multitude of different, exciting products, and that is just the beginning.

Main Duties will include:
- Research organizations to find new customers and identify who makes the decisions
- ‘Cold Call’ to arrange meetings at customers’ premises or over the telephone
- Find out what businesses require and work with buyers to plan proposals and negotiate the best pricing
- Sell products and services to new and existing customers
- Negotiate with customers and build positive relationships
- Attend events and conferences to gain information on market trends and competitors
- Write reports and make presentations to customers and senior management
- identify new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns
- Completing presentations and tender documents
- Forecast sales targets and make sure they’re met
- Deliver training to business developers and junior sales teams
The skill-set required to be successful in this post include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority

Required Experience:
- Client Relationship Management: 1 year
- Sales: 3 years
