Job Title: Build Manager – Mobile Telecoms
Location: Glasgow

We are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Telecoms Senior Build Manager to join our HF Comms Company
You will have strong experience of the mobile telecommunications industry and be happy to work in a team alongside like-minded individuals working to strict deadlines.
This is a long-term position with flexible working arrangements in our Glasgow branch.
The Role
The successful candidate will be required to complete the following daily tasks:
- Management of operator projects, on a day-to-day basis
- First point of contact for customer Project Manager(s)
- Validation of operator technical solutions
- Validation of scope and design drawings
- Validation of project costs liaising with estimating department
- Programming/Scheduling of jobs in line with customer’s requirements (including defect clearance)
- Management of jobs which includes the management of members of your team responsible for
- Equipment call-off
- outages for your projects
- access permits for your projects
- Management of finances for your projects
- Creation of Addition to Orders (ATO’s), where necessary
- Creation and tracking of monthly sales estimates (including providing detailed explanation behind the figures)
- Production of Interim and Final Accounts
- Validation and approval of field costs e.g., Materials delivery notes, Field team’s timesheets and expenses etc.
- Assisting the front-end team and estimators with
- Analysis of site survey reports
- Analysis of site drawings
- Analysis of tenders and agreeing programme of works
- First POC with field teams regarding technical advice and escalations
- Technical advice on all scopes of work particular to the project you are working on
What you need include:
- Mobile telecommunications experience – essential
- H&S qualification – CDM 2015/SMSTS/NEBOSH etc
- Project management qualification – PMP/PRINCE2 ETC
- Programme management experience
- Commercial and contract knowledge and experience
- Leadership and business management skills
- The ability to plan and adapt
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- UK mobile operator specification knowledge
