The role:
We are looking for a superstar Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. If you are commercially minded and have experience in managing targeted content campaigns then read on!
Our mission is to change sales through education, we are here to solve the growing skills shortage seen across B2B sales today and enable aspiring individuals to achieve a successful start to their careers.
Through our 12 week Academy programme we enable progressive B2B and technology companies to transform their commercial functions, hire Revenue Ready sales professionals and establish a culture of success.
SaaSLeads was founded during the pandemic and has been grown from 1 person to 24 in under 15 short months. In 2021 92 Students graduated from our Academy and in 2022 we want to make that 400!

The Candidate:
- 5+ years of campaign and content-based Marketing experience.
- Used to managing people and teams
- Agile operator able to execute with pace and accuracy
- Experience in defining and delivering a content and GTM strategy
- Experience in executing a strategy across physical and digital media
- Solid understanding of Performance Marketing
- Creative and Copywriting Agency management
- Agency management
- Budget management
Responsibilities:
B2C Marketing
- Lead the strategy and execution of all our Student Marketing
- Demonstrate ROI through Student applications to the Academy and brand awareness. ○ Build GTM strategy with a demand gen model
B2B Marketing
- Strategise with Head of Marketing in B2B strategy and GTM
- Strategise with CRO and Sales team on collateral and content support
Performance
- Lead the strategy and relationship with Agency for B2C
- Own the ROI and budget ○ Support Head of Marketing with Agency for B2B
Creative
- Lead the day to day management of Creative Agency
- Build out the foundations of content and collateral library
- Be a brand guardian
Product
- Support Head of Marketing with Product Marketing strategy
Brand
- Support Head of Marketing and C-Suite on ongoing Brand Development
Team
- Line Manager for existing Marketing Executive
