Salary: £19,240 per year
Job type: Full Time/Part Time – Permanent. Your working pattern will be varied over a seven-day rota, and would include alternate weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.

We have set up a new team filled with people who have a passion to help the people we support achieve their goals. This role will help them gain vital skills to enable them to build for their future as they transition into Supported Living services within the Community.
Ideally, you will have a background in supporting autistic people if not, we have a fantastic training programme that will get you on your way to achieving a fulfilling job that will beat most out there.
The Role:
- Helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals.
- Supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community.
- Develop individuals’ life skills, vocational, educational and creative skills.
- Help provide exercise, leisure and recreational opportunities.

Essential Information Required:
- Are you eligible to work in the UK?

- This role is base in a care setting will you be able to provide evidence that you have had the Covid vaccination or proof that you are medically exempt.
Extra Information:
- Successful applicants will be required to complete the relevant safeguarding checks which will include references and criminal backgrounds.
- It is preferable that you hold a driving licence.
