Job Title: Intake / External Store Operative
Location: Fulbourn, Cambridge, CB21 5ET
Salary: Anticipated earnings over £30,000 per annum incl. overtime
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (Mon – Fri, 7am – 5pm)
S&B Herba Foods Ltd is a leading Rice and Pasta business in the UK (part of the Ebro Foods Group) serving the wholesale, retail and food manufacturing industries.
About the role:
We are looking to recruit a confident Intake Operator to work at our Rice Mill in Fulbourn and surrounding external stores. The role involves the following:
- Loading bulk lorries at external stores with JCB telehandler to supply rice to the mill
- Discharging bulk containers of rice at external stores
- Weighbridge operation and completion of records
- Management of hygiene of store
- Cover for running of intake system at the mill
- Warehouse duties
About you:
- Full valid Driver’s licence
- Loading shovel/teleporter experience
- Strict adherence to the Company’s Food Safety, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies
- Experience in the food industry (Desirable)
