The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our UK team based in London. You will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of PayFit UK. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering the UK local marketing initiatives as well as supporting more global projects with the support of your marketing team.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the existing marketing team which includes Creative Copywriter and a Marketing Communications Executive.
- Take ownership of all UK marketing activities, from strategy and design to production and performance
- Own and perform the below aspects of the UK marketing efforts, leveraging global resources and expertise:
- Corporate Marketing: Branding, positioning and messaging supported by global PR.
- Content Marketing: Set out the content strategy and its execution. From our blog, to testimonials, to webinars, partner co-marketing content and sales collateral.
- Product Marketing: Conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, research and advice on product pricing and product positioning, create and maintain sales and partner enablement tools. Launch new product features and update website content.
- Demand & Lead Generation: lead the strategy and execution for all demand and lead generation campaigns across the local marketing channels, including but not limited to SEM, paid social, SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, Events, Content and Partnerships.
- Execute campaigns and manage the entire inbound lead flow process with the help of Sales Ops, from lead capture and landing page creation, to email and nurturing programs, and integration with CRM tools.
We’d love to meet someone with
- 5-7 years’ marketing experience in the SME segment. SaaS and HR/Payroll focus preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience managing individual contributors
- The ideal candidate has experience building out a B2B go-to-market strategy, working on both demand generation and lead generation.
- Leadership ability to inspire, influence, motivate, coach, and energize the team.
- Proficient in making data-backed decisions and using data to ask and answer questions that move the business forward
- Ability to manage multiple competing projects and prioritize tasks based on business need and urgency
- A passion to help small businesses thrive
