Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Acton, London W3 6AH
Salary: base salary of £25,000 with commission structure straight forward OTE of £30k to £35k. If you go the extra mile you will reach OTE of £40k.This company is not shy in paying more for the best!
Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 3pm on Saturdays (If you require more flexible hours please specify on your application)

About the role
We are an estate agency based in Acton and have been established for 20 years. Our range of services covers everything from sales, lettings, management, commercial property, development work etc. We are fast paced. We differentiate ourselves from the crowd by thinking intelligently. Our requirement from a new hire is LONG TERM commitment. Training will be given.
You must be able to drive, you can use your own car or one of the pool cars (subject to insurance).
If you can demonstrate the following skills, we want to hear from you:
- Maintain an adequate applicant register.
- Maintain regular contact with the company’s clients.
- Ensure all appointments are entered into the office diary.
- Placement of timely advertisements and monitor responses.
- To qualify landlords and tenants according to company policy.
- To carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner.
- You must be competent with Excel and Word.
Please note: We are only looking for applicants who are with 4 mile radius of Acton. All applicants applying must have a valid Driving Licence. IF you are under 24 years old it will be beneficial for you to have your own car for insurance reasons. Allowance will be paid for use of your car.
Candidates with the experience or relevant job titles of; Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Assistant, Lettings Administration, Lettings Manager, Tenancy Negotiator, Rentals Negotiator, Administration, Researcher, Sales Executive, Experienced Letting Assistant, Lettings Advertising, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Organiser, Tenancy Agreements will also be considered for this role.
