Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver / Operative
Location: Milton Park, Abingdon

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

This role combines hands-on logistics support with Class 1 driving between our warehouse in Milton Park and our client site in West Oxfordshire. With local driving and predictable working patterns, we provide a safe and supportive working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and handling goods
- Checking and safely loading your vehicle
- Transporting high value goods, primarily to local sites
- Off-loading goods before returning to Milton Park
Simon Hegele provide specialist logistics support to leading medical imaging manufacturers, we have exciting expansion plans and prioritise quality and professionalism.
To be successful, you will have a clean Class 1 (C+E) licence and be keen to train in operating a forklift and indoor crane. You will have an eye for detail and thrive in a process driven environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Clean and valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
- Up to date CPC and digital tachograph card
- Professional, customer focussed attitude
- Willingness to take on warehouse tasks alongside driving responsibilities
