They are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager who will identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer
The Role
- Proactively contribute to the achievement of the strategic priorities as detailed within the Agored Cymru Business Strategy 2021-25
- Increasing sales revenue and grow market share within allocated customer base / geographical region inline with agreed annual targets
- Account management of existing Agored Cymru Centres to ensure a high level of customer service and regulatory compliance
- Support Marketing through the implementation of relevant marketing/promotional activity/events / case studies in line with priorities and income targets
- Produce high quality reports and written contributions including monthly reports against agreed KPIs and report at monthly Business Development Meetings
The Candidate:
The post holder will proactively identify and develop new profitable streams of income following appropriate research and planning. They will also support marketing through the implementation of relevant marketing /promotional activities and events. The post holder will liaise with colleagues to ensure a consistent high level of customer services is provided is provided for all Agored Cymru Centres.
