Job Title: Digital Marketing Administrator

Salary: OTE £25,000 per annum plus benefits

The Role:
The Digital Marketing Administrator will work with the marketing team to promote companies within RARUK Holdings Group, the brands they represent and services they offer through social media, websites and potentially apps. Their main duties and responsibilities include:
- Implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
- Monitoring marketing campaign budgets and reporting this to the Marketing Manager.
- Using web analytics software, measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment and make recommendations for improvement.
- Preparing reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct monthly keyword research and update web pages accordingly including back-end optimisation.
- Create and upload copy and images for the organisation’s website.
- Design website banners and assist with web visuals for Group company websites.
- Assist with paid media, including Google Ads, LinkedIn.
- Working with the Marketing Manager to develop and integrate digital content marketing strategies.
- Keep up to date with current digital trends.
About You:
A successful Digital Marketing Manager candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications that include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or other relevant fields or higher national diploma in marketing, management, public relations or business studies. Certificates in social media, data and analytics, email marketing, customer relations management and copywriting are a plus.
- At least 1 years experience in a digital marketing role
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Working experience with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
