The Role
Reporting to the Office Manager and working within a team of administrators and technical sales support
Duties include, but are not limited to…
- Processing customer orders
- Answering incoming calls
- Communicating with customers and suppliers by phone and email
- Assisting with sales reports
- Assisting with marketing activity
- Maintaining customer records in the company database
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Producing and maintaining price lists
- Producing customer quotations
- Maintaining company records
- Monitoring and updating import/export records
- Arranging meetings
- Assisting with the planning of events and exhibitions
- Arranging corporate travel and sales meetings
The Candidate:
You will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a team player but also able to work independently and using your own initiative is essential to assist with maintaining accurate administration records and communicate effectively with our customers and stakeholders.
Experience of working as an administrator within a sales or other environment would be essential.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be computer literate (including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Teams and CRM experience), timely, honest and hard-working.
