Location: Remote Based with a requirement to go into the office on a regular basis.
Salary: £17,000-£19,000

The role consists of, but is not limited to, the following key activities:
We need someone passionate about their role who is happy to assist the Office Manager with running the office and being the first point of contact for ORCHA. We are moving into a new, big, brand new shiny office building and we’re looking for someone to assist us in supporting the team with the move.
- Answering inbound calls, taking messages and being the first port of call for visitors
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- PA/Diary Management in the absence of the EAs
- Arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments on behalf of various teams
- Drafting, formatting, and printing relevant documents
- Creating agendas in anticipation of various meetings
- Support the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams with administration support
- Update various systems for HR, Marketing and Sales teams
- Coordinate team activities as and when required (such as team away days)
- Undertake HR administration duties as and when required
- Responsible for office stationery and refreshments as and when required
- Support with office related duties as and when required
- Support with health and safety responsibilities as and when required
- Any other duties as requested
Key Requirements:
