Job Title: Sales and Office Admin

Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 9am-6pm, 40 hours, 5 days a week, some Saturdays
The Company:
HG Walter are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Sales and Office Admin Assistant to join our team in Park Royal, NW10. An immediate start available.
Established in 1972 HG Walter is an independent, family-run business dedicated to perfecting traditional methods of meat preparation. We now supply some of the most discerning restaurants, hotels, and households in London and beyond.
The Role:
The main responsibilities will be inputting orders, taking credit card payments, processing credits, checking invoices, and dealing with customer queries on the phone and by email.
The Candidate:
- Possess a good telephone manner.
- Be well acquainted with MS Office.
- Be methodical and have good communication skills.
- Work well within a team.
- Pay attention to detail whilst under pressure ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Have good organisation skills and ability to multi-task.
- Do ad hoc jobs as required.
