Bluetown has been providing alternative Online Media solutions to thousands of businesses across the UK for over ten years. After amazing 2021 (so far) we’ve announced further development of our Digital Media Sales Team targeting individuals looking to develop their career in Online Media Sales.

With exceptional growth plans for 2022 we’d love to hear from charismatic, energetic and empathetic staff to join our team in our brand new office in Shoreditch.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

This is a client focused media sales role where you will mainly be focused on acquiring, nurturing and account managing new and existing clients looking to grow their own teams utilising our Online Media Software. Working closely with the Client services team who will in-turn deliver multi-channel performance advertising campaigns.

On a day to day basis you’ll be tasked with reaching out to prospective clients….in any market, allowing you to build your pipeline around industries that you care about. This personable approach to building your own client book naturally incurs a more caring approach to account maintenance, ensuring repeat business and more happy customers.

Confidence is KEY; if you can chat with professionalism and passion then this is the perfect role for you. You’ll be dealing with HR Managers, Directors and Consultants on a daily basis meaning you should have no problem speaking with individuals who know their stuff! You don’t have to have industry knowledge we can teach you that but we can guarantee the person who possesses a winners mind-set will be the successful candidate.

The Candidate:

The ideal person for Bluetown is an energetic, outgoing, personable self-starter with the ability to identify leads, influencers & key decision makers for new business opportunities in the Online advertising landscape.

You should have at least 1-2 years sales experience and have a good understand of the sales process that includes identifying leads within the advertising industry and generating interest. However those candidates who are the right fit for us, won’t need any sales experience.

The role:

The role is broken up into two main parts:

  1. Outbound BD! Graduates will be reaching out to new Clients through various avenues, showcasing our various Advertising Packages and upselling on our Online Growth Software.
  2. Account Management! Bluetown Staff are the best in the Business for attentive problem solving for all of their clients. All of your clients should be receiving the best Customer Service, ensuring repeat business and more growth for Bluetown.
