Job Title: Senior Property Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000+

Due to a retirement we are looking for a Property Manager for a busy family development and investment business based in Teddington.
This is an unusual opportunity to join a small team who look after a large, expanding and varied property portfolio.
It’s an interesting and challenging job that
will suit either someone looking to develop their knowledge and career, or for a seasoned property manager.
The role is working alongside the Director in charge, directly looking after the portfolio of properties and assisting with some commercial units.
The objective is straightforward; to keep all the properties well maintained and fully occupied with happy tenants.
Duties include:
- Proactive dealing with tenants and contractors, renewals, credit control
- Deliver on the team service goals
Experience needed:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Excellent customer service skills
- Property maintenance awareness
- Enthusiasm to learn, develop and progress
- Competent IT skills
- Ability to work with initiative and at pace when needed
