Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Redhill
Salary: £21,000 per year.
Job Type: Full Time – Permanent.
We are an expanding engineering company based in the Redhill area looking to immediately recruit an Office Administrator.
The Role:
For this specific role, the Office Administrator will be responsible for:
- The management and processing of purchase orders
- Processing and dealing with supplier purchase orders
- Generating delivery notes and labels in consultation with the despatch department
- Checking and signing off daily worksheets
- Weekly reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders
The Candidate:
Reporting to the Director, Finance and HR, the successful candidate will have the following prerequisite skills:
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail supported by outstanding verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in filing and paper management
- Computer literacy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A team player
