Salary: £30,000 per annum plus OTE’s £15,000 Year 1and £20,000 Year 2

Remote & Flexible working: Mixture of remote and office working possible upon completion of trial period.
We are looking for a Customer Creation Executive to join our fantastic team in Dalston, East London. Candidates who are keen to make a difference, and passionate about helping people improve the way they work and study should apply.
What you will be doing
- Customer Creation (we do not use the term sales)! You will be reaching out to new and existing Clients through various avenues (LinkedIn, Email, Industry Forums), showcasing our Software and Services. You will be able to demonstrate – and be passionate about – fantastic software tools delivering educational value to disabled students.
Account Management. All of your clients should be receiving regular personalised updates leading to increased customers. - On a day-to-day basis you’ll be tasked with reaching out to prospective clients. You will be setting up Zoom workshops, face-to-face demonstrations, and putting on events.
- You will be provided with training, but we expect you to be self-sufficient and proactive finding new customers and fresh approaches.

- Charisma and Sense of Humour. Goes without saying.
- Maintaining a positive mindset when met with challenges.
- Exceptional knowledge of Email Marketing. You will be responsible for running marketing campaigns. You will need to write copy that is accessible, easy to read and generates leads. You need to be proactive and feed into an exciting Customer Creation strategy that works. Experience with graphics is a bonus. You will need to maintain marketing lists, and ensure GDPR compliance.
- A personable approach is key when building your customer base, regularly communication with clients to ensure all-round happy customers.
- Technological Competency in using multiple IT Systems/CRM’s. Good working knowledge of Excel is a must to generate reports and notice trends.
- You will become an expert in this field so you’ll need to be up for constantly learning and improving

- Presentation Experience is a must
