RDP creative inc. provides promotional and licensed products for some of the largest media companies in the world, Disney, Universal, Warner Bros including games, theme parks, retail and family activities.
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes utilizing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
The projects will include taking a client brief from the initial phase, getting it sourced, developed and fully delivered.
Key Responsibilities:

- Fluent French and English Speaker

Brand and bespoke orders
- Work closely with Sr. Account Manager to understand client brief and the next steps
- Start sourcing process (EU or Far East)
- Raise and send the pricing document to the Sr. Account Manager
- Activate the project when an order becomes likely in agreement with the Sr. Account Manager
- Prepare a detailed project plan
- Activate the project pulling all key parties together with an agreed timelines with the Sr. Account Manager
- Follow product process from design, production, delivery and invoicing and keep timeline on track
- Prepare final gross margin reporting to confirm margin and send to the Sr. Account Manager
