Salary: £27,600 – £32,225 DOE

The Role:
The successful candidate will work in our Sheffield city centre office, ensuring the smooth running of our practice and helping to support our fantastic team. The role will include general admin duties; managing incoming calls and emails; new enquiries; book keeping; invoicing and payroll; and coordinating marketing and social media activities.
As a small practice, we’re looking for an amazing team member to work in our friendly and collaborative office.
The Ideal Candidate:
- An interest in sustainability and respect for the environment
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to build good relationships with clients, consultants and team members
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar applications
- Excellent time management
- Excellent personal organisation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under minimum supervision as part of a team
Desirable Requirements:
- Basic book keeping skills
- A good working knowledge of Xero
- Good working knowledge of major social media platforms
- Good working knowledge of Mailchimp & WordPress
- A basic understanding of architectural drawings
- A basic understanding of image editing software
