The Position: Business Development Manager
Within this role, you will be leading from the front working from a database of clients to ensure the company achieves its monthly KPI’s and long term objective of growth.
You will need to be highly motivated with a desire to succeed within a direct sales environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, engaging and have the ability to communicate with people with ease. You will be able to work autonomously to build long lasting relationships as well as work to win new business to increase profitability margins and support to reach company targets.
The Role
This is a versatile position where you can bring your personality to the table, working to your own personal strengths to make the role your own. Supporting you with over 10 years of experience in the industry, we will give you the tools you need to be successful in the role – it will be down to you to apply the necessary desire to achieve and maximise results. As with any sales based role, you will require experience of communicating and closing deals with senior figures including HR and Directors but by adding a personal and consultative touch.
Responsibilities and Achievements:
You will be required to proactively approach new and existing clients on a daily basis to identify opportunities for profitability. Having a natural confidence and can do attitude will aid you hitting the ground running and achieving top results. You don’t have to have industry knowledge we can teach you that but we can guarantee the person who possesses a winners mind-set will be the successful candidate.

- Technological competency in using multiple IT systems and maintenance of CRM’s
- Confidence in building relationship using interpersonal skills with a positive mind set
- A desire to work within a team driven environment in the heart of Shoreditch (we’re not a call centre or corporate environment) your personality is a big deal
- Be driven, highly ambitious and a desire to be the best
- Good negotiation, presentation and listening skills
- Extensive interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mind set
In return we offer a salary package of up to £25,000 per annum increasing to £30,000 per annum with a generous monthly bonus package with realistic OTE’s of £50 – £60k in Year 1.
