Job Title: Site Supervisor – Window fitting experience essential

Dempsey Dyer are looking for Working Site Supervisors to work on our sites throughout the UK, particularly in the North, South, West of London.
Candidates must have window fitting experience, be computer literate, be able to demonstrate excellent planning and communication skills and have a valid CSCS and SSSTS card.
Please note: Window fitting experience is essential for this role.
The Role:
Main responsibilities:
- Perform pre installation checks on site and ensure standards are achieved with regard to quality and housekeeping.
- Ensure all operatives working on your site are inducted and follow the site specific RAMs.
- To organise and oversee the installation of windows and doors windows to programme
- To ensure Dempsey Dyer achieve all handover dates
- Attend site meeting with the clients to ensure both parties fully understand the site requirements.
- Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensue any changes or issues are fully documented
The Candidate:
- Valid CSCS and SSSTS
- Window and door fitting experience
- A full driving licence.
- Experience of dealing directly with clients;
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage and coordinate logistics and installation teams.
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and its practical implications.
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Proactive
- Work as part of a team
- Possible working away from home Monday – Friday dependent on location
