Job Title: Carer’s Service Project Worker
Location: Manchester, M15 5FS
Salary: £21,748 per annum, pro-rata
Job Type: Part Time (21 hrs per week), Fixed Term to March 2022
ACCG are working in partnership with LMCP and ACMHS plus other associates to deliver carers services in the Central Manchester Locality. Our aim as a partnership is to promote the Carers Pathway within our local communities and to identify unpaid carer’s early on in their caring role and support them to access carer’s services.
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join the ACCG and partner organisations in the role of Carer’s Service Project Worker.
About the role
You will be required to support the Carers Team within the partnership to ensure the project and its related activities are planned, initiated, and monitored within agreed timescales.
About you
You will have excellent organisational and networking skills as well as being a confident communicator.
You will have experience in supporting those from underrepresented groups, in particularly those from an African Caribbean or South Asian background.
