Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Milton Park, Abingdon
Salary: £20,000 to £23,000 depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 Hours per week, 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday)
We are looking for an attentive, customer focused individual to support our Senior Logistics Administrator with the smooth running of our Goods In office.
Based in Milton Park, Abingdon we are looking for an Administrator to join our growing team. Simon Hegele provide specialist logistics support to leading medical imaging manufacturers, we have exciting expansion plans and prioritise quality and professionalism.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule deliveries to distribute work flow throughout the day
- Daily communication with customers and their suppliers
- Accurately book goods in using SAP (training provided)
- Produce labels, picking lists and other documentation for stock movements
- Collate the end of month reports
- Maintain stock control systems and complete inventory checks
To be successful in this role you will be confident learning new processes and ensuring these are followed. You will be motivated by providing a quality service to both customers and colleagues, have the ability to prioritise your workload and reprioritise when urgent issues arise. Full training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Good command of the English language, both written and oral
- Customer focused attitude
- Administration experience
- Good general IT skills are essential
- Experience of SAP, logistics or aviation security would be beneficial
