Job Title: Visitor Experience Assistant

Salary: £20,493 – £21,748 pro rata
Job type: Part Time Hours Available on an Annualised Hours Basis

This autumn a new Destination Management Organisation (DMO) will be launched with the purpose of showcasing Harrogate District as an exceptional place to visit, meet and invest.
Integral to this are the cultural venues and Tourist Information Centres in the District and as part of this new team we are now seeking a number of Visitor Experience Assistants. These posts include various working patterns across our five directly managed venues and occasionally at any other public venues and events across the District.
With responsibility for day-to-day location management you will ensure a great welcome for visitors, achieve retail, art and membership sales and provide visitor advice in various formats.
If you have experience in delivering outstanding customer service alongside a positive and collaborative outlook whilst working as part of a resilient and flexible team then we want to hear from you.
