About the Role:
We are seeking a candidate who will act as the Councils Estates surveyor to lead on the property management of the Councils estate. The successful candidate will ensure that value for money is achieved and the Councils interests are protected at all times.
We will provide professional development opportunities and support for suitable candidates. We will appoint within the existing career grade framework that is provided as part of the job information pack and applicants must be a member of a relevant professional body.
About you:
The successful applicant must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player who can demonstrate an excellent track record and a high level of competence.
Given the diverse range of cases dealt with by the team sound professional knowledge together with the ability to solve problems and manage effective relationships is a key requirement.
