The Role:

This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious Project Support & Provisioning administrator to support the Project Management team with the day to day IT, Telecoms and MPS services we deliver, such a Telecoms provisioning and IT/Telecoms/MPS procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for a variety of support and administrative tasks within the Project Management team. The tasks below outline duties but is not extensive.

  • Hardware and Software procurement – Telecoms Hardware (e.g. handsets, mobiles, headsets), Telecoms License renewals (e.g. XIMA). IT Hardware (laptops, monitors), IT Licensing (Sonicwall, Adobe)
  • Engaging with customers, suppliers and internal teams in the monitoring and fulfilment of orders and requests
  • Working closely with customers, suppliers and billing in the provisioning and ceasing of CLIs, Lease Lines, Analogue Lines, Mobile SIMs, Mobile handsets, Return of routers.
  • Liaising with the billing & sales teams to resolve billing provisioning
  • Securing, co-ordinating and managing internal resources and logistics (including liaising with external logistics providers) for activities such as collections, relocations, equipment de- installation, site surveys, returns
  • Ensuring client satisfaction
  • Providing status updates to internal and external stakeholders, and managing any issues which arise
  • Project paperwork administration – such as Invoice tracker, document counter signing, 3rd party telecoms support
  • Loading of deals onto Sage

The Candidate:

This role is varied and fast-paced, and previous experience in a similar role will be a benefit. You’ll have excellent organisational and administration skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once. As you’ll be working closely with our internal departments, clients and external providers, outstanding customer service and communication skills are key.

In addition to the above, you’ll have:

  • Previous experience in a telecoms provisioning role;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • The ability to build strong relationships with internal departments and client contacts;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Keen to learn and highly self-motivated.
  • An understanding of Project Management processes and techniques;
