Main Duties:
- Working within the operations team you will coordinate and run a team of lightning conductor fitters across Scotland.
- Responsible for the timely delivery of works to a high standard you will ensure costs are controlled and planned profit margins are maintained or improved through scheduling works, managing labour and materials alongside assisting on people management issues.
- Assisting in providing technical support and guidance to clients you will be their first point of contact developing key relationships and helping to generate repeat business. A key part of the role will be setting the teams to work and confidently offering advice and solutions on engineering-based queries.
- Promoting and maintaining high health and safety standards you will be confident in completing risk/method statements, auditing sites and closely monitoring site progress through site surveys and effective performance management of a field-based team.

- Have a proven track record of client delivery with an ability to professionally communicate at all levels, ensuring operational excellence is achieved
- Have extensive lightning protection knowledge
- Thrive on problem solving tasks and display excellent organisational skills
- Adopt a flexible working pattern to respond and meet operational requirements
- A valid driving licence is essential for the role
