Salary: Up to £10.75 per hour (depending on experience) + Holidays and Pension.

The Role:
1st Focus Homecare is a well-respected family-run Edinburgh based care at home provider, most recently graded at 5 across the board by the Care Inspectorate.
As a Care Assistant at 1st Focus Homecare, you’ll need to safeguard each individual to ensure that they can flourish and that the best possible outcome is met at all times. Work alongside a team of health and social care professionals to help make a difference in the lives of our service users today.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To provide care in accordance with individual needs and care plans
- Recording and reporting all relevant information relating to an individual
- Listen and observe how individuals prefer their care and support to be delivered and report any observations
- Respond to service and delivery instructions from your supervisor or manager
- Keep all information about service users and their families secure and confidential
The Candidate:
- Caring, kind and compassionate
- Experience not necessary – we recruit on the basis of your character and care values, and train you in the skills required.
- Driving Licence with own transport preferred but not essential.
