Job Title: Mobile Caretaker
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £21,000 per annum
Job type: Full time, Permanent (Monday – Friday, 7am – 4:30pm)
About the role:
As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the landscaping and gardens at our residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Trimming and maintaining hedges
- Cutting the grass
- Cleaning of communal areas, fire alarm, emergency lighting checks
- Weeding all areas including flowerbeds and paved areas.
Skills and Attributes:
- Be able to work independently using own initiative, in all weather conditions.
- Have a passion and keen interest in Gardening.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Full Driving Licence.
