The Company:
Ablyss Systems have specialized in providing software to the care industry for nearly two decades. We are now on the lookout for a field-based software trainer to grow and develop the company. You will help to ensure that our customers can understand and make full use of our software by providing advice and recommendations and developing learning material to ensure that they have the best experience of our software and company.
The Role:
This position is key in maintaining the future for Ablyss Systems and you will have an essential role within the company. The main roles are:
- Deliver and develop both on site and online software training to new and existing customers.
- Maintain relationships with customers, identifying training needs and ensuring the customer is happy and knowledgeable.
- Design training programmes and write agendas, adapting your training programmes to meet the customer’s needs.
- Present webinars to showcase new features and provide refresher classes.
- Develop and maintain user guides, ensuring these are up to date and accurate at all times.
- Create trainer’s tips for our monthly newsletters.
- Maintain our CRM database and keep records of correspondence and communications.
- Identify business and development opportunities to drive the business forward.
- Travel to customer sites throughout the country and our head office when required.
Requirements:
- An enthusiastic approach and confident presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to write confidently and creatively.
- Good IT skills and understanding of technology.
- Self-motivation and strong organisational skills are essential as you will be responsible for your own diary management.
- Flexibility in your approach as travel will be necessary.
- The position is home based.
- Driving license.
- Care industry experience is preferable.
Benefits:
- £4K car allowance for 37 ½ hours per week
- 22 days holiday per annum (increasing to 24 days after 2 years, 26 days after 5 years and 28 days after 10 years)
- A workplace pension is also in place.
