Salary: £24,000 per annum, plus commission OTE £32,400

The Role:
We are looking for an ambitious, driven, goal orientated Sales Account Executive who loves selling and has a genuine passion to lower carbon emissions and combat climate change to join our small but mighty Igloo Works Sales team. This isn’t your average sales job. It’s much more exciting and challenging and can also be quite technical!
Igloo HQ is based in sunny Southampton, our team works all over the UK. We don’t mind where you work from in the UK, we want you to work where you feel you perform the best and are the most comfortable. You will be required to visit Igloo HQ to work collaboratively in person with the team occasionally! Come join us and help build the Igloo of the future!
What you’ll be doing:
You will be selling Air Source Heat Pumps to warm leads who are looking for an alternative heating solution. You will be helping Igloo achieve their ambitious sales targets through relationship led, consultative selling using a proven methodology. It’s not a transactional sell.
You will build strong relationships with your customers and won’t be afraid to ask questions to ensure you know their situation in order to find the best solution for them. You’ll provide exceptional customer service as well as top class industry knowledge and be the first impression a customer gets of the Igloo Works team. This is mainly a telephone based role, but you will also engage with customers via email and occasionally Zoom.
Requirements:

- You LOVE selling and relish the challenge of a long sales cycle. You have a strong understanding of consultative selling and a proven track record in achieving targets in a Sales or Account Management role.
- You will have brilliant communication skills and genuinely care about finding the best solutions for our customers, by being inquisitive and asking the right questions.
- You are target driven and find happiness in making a large volume of calls to try and exceed your targets
- You are able to manage a pipeline effectively
- You are resilient and flexible and enjoy the challenges of change and fast moving environments. You don’t let change affect your focus and commitment to succeed
- You have strong attention to detail and don’t cut corners
