Job Title: Care Coordinator
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full time

The Role:
We want great Coordinators! Due to our expanding business we are seeking experienced Care Coordinators to work in our Stoke on Trent Branch. The Coordinators will oversee their share of a 400-hour per week branch which is based across North Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.
Successful candidates will be excellent schedulers who have continuity of care and call time tolerances at the front of their mind. We are also looking for a strong multi-tasker and a highly organised individual!
The Candidate:
- 12 months or more experience in a similar role
- 3 years experience within the Care Sector
- Experience with People Planner
- Computer Literate particularly with Microsoft Software
- Access to own transport and hold a full driving licence
- Must have the ability to build positive professional relationships with Service Users and colleagues in a team
- Is someone who offers has attention to detail
- Has good judgement and a sense of responsibility with limited supervision
- Experience of working with people with mental health conditions or learning disabilities would be valuable but not essential for the role
