Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Southgate, London
Salary: £11-14 per hour

The Hart Lounge is a Lebanese restaurant and shisha lounge based in Southgate, North London. Serving classic and modern Lebanese dishes and shisha in our greenery-lined dining room, shisha lounge & outdoor terrace.
Opening hours: Sun – Thurs 6pm to 12am / Fri & Sat 5pm to 2am.
The Role/Requirements:
- We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who will be Assistant to Head Chef in our Lebanese & Greek kitchen
- Experience with Mediterranean / Lebanese cuisine or similar is desired (training will be provided)
- Level 3 Qualification required
Duties Include:
- Preparing and marinating foods
- Plating food to a high standard
- Assisting all sections within the restaurant/kitchen
- Taking orders and completing stock takes
- Keeping up to date hygiene records
