Job Title: Multi Trader
Location: Surrey / South London
Salary: £160 – £220 per day, dependent on experience and speed of work
Job Type: Full-time, Self Employed
Working Hours: 8 hours shift
Established in 2008, Ward Property Services is a busy, family-run, property maintenance company based in Wallington, Surrey. We provide Estate Agents and Landlords with property services and refurbishments across South London & Surrey.
Requirements:
- Own transport & tools
- Kitchen & Bathroom fitting, tiling and plumbing experience
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to send daily email updates and photos to the office is essential
- UTR Number
- Friendly & flexible attitude
- References
About you:
- The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in bathroom and kitchen fitting, small repairs and large projects will be undertaken
- SELF EMPLOYED required for various projects in Surrey/South London locations
- Lives local to Wallington area (10-mile radius)
- Preferred 10 years experience in bathroom fitting, tiling and plumbing
