We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to work in a rewarding role assisting people to continue to live independently in their own home.
Working as a Health care assistant is an opportunity to deliver person-centred care, allowing people to live independent and fulfilling lives in their own homes.
You will be there to help your client live their life how they want to, by assisting with;
- Personal care
- Moving and handling
- Continence Management
- Cooking and Housekeeping
