Job Title: Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
Location: Abingdon
Salary: £15.00 – £16.25 per hour (depending on experience and driver’s license) + performance related bonus

We are a growing property refurbishment & maintenance company seeking a new member of the team. Our established team take pride in their work, they are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, with an approach which seeks to complete jobs to an exceptionally high standard. Our work includes kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, garage conversions, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating, patios etc.
The Position:
- Installing kitchens
- Installing bathrooms
- Garage conversions
- Structural alterations
- Refurbishments (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patios, decorating)
- Managing jobs (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Take pride in producing an exceptionally high standard of work
- Have a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude
- Should help us to achieve a first time fix approach, with snagging and call backs kept to an absolute minimum
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
The Candidate:
- 3 years’ experience in carpentry, plumbing and tiling
- Experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
- Customer focused, team player who ensures each project is completed as expected and on time
- Excellent communication skills with customers, team members & manager
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Strong organisational skills
- Problem solving abilities
- Good selection of own tools
- Desire to progress within the company
- Structural work experience an advantage
- Candidates with a driver’s license will be prioritised
- Candidates within an easy commute of Abingdon will be prioritised
