Job Title: Administrator / Data Cleanser

Hampton Lovett Consultant Surveyors are currently recruiting for a full-time Data Cleanser to work alongside our Assessment team based in our commercial offices in Halesowen.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Computer literate with good IT skills
- Be able to think analytically
- Competent with data-entry onto excel spreadsheets and good administrative skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to effectively manage a diverse workload
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Able to use initiative to overcome conflicts in data structure
- Confident in processing high volumes of data daily
- Some telephone experience is a must, as you will be required to speak to clients
- Smart personal presentation
You may at times be required to support other departments in an administrative capacity, during staff absence or busy periods to support the needs of the business.
