Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: London
Salary: £23,000 – £28,000 D.O.E
Job type: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 6:00pm
To start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management duties
- First line customer service
- Maintaining and updating company records
- PA support for Director and Sales
- Basic HR Duties – record-keeping/arranging reviews etc
The Candidate:
- Highly motivated with positive approach to tasks
- High level of computer literacy
- Living in commutable distance to W10, London
- Previous Customer Service/Office Administrative experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office. (Adobe, CRMs, desirable)
- Ability to manage own workload efficiently and effectively
- Ability to interact with clients and suppliers confidently
- Time management and prioritisation
- Proactive in seeking out opportunities for self-development inside the business
- Ability to build effective working relationships
