Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Southport
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

The Position:
We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, able to manage conveyancing files from end to end, to join our expanding law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files
- Managing the timescales of the conveyancing process
- Producing standard completion letters
- Dealing with the registration of the properties at the Land Registry
- Dealing with any necessary notices that need to be given to any third parties such as landlords
- Liaising with the client in regards to the conveyancing process and completions
- Finalising files for closure
The Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years’ conveyancing experience
- Used to dealing with a high-volume caseload
- Drive to exceed on targets and deliver first class service
- Extensive knowledge of residential property matters
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
