The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Butcher with experience as a Butcher or Meat Counter person working with Pork, Beef, Lamb and Poultry for a reputable business within the Heath area.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience to complete tasks such as:
- Maintain a clean and sanitised work station
- Following health and safety guidelines
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Boning rolling
- Carcass butchery
- Trimming
- Sausage making
- Portioning to the business requirements
