The Role
Working within the operations team you will help coordinate and run our team of lightning conductor fitters in the Midlands area. Predominately focused on facilitating repair works; you will be responsible for scheduling works, managing resource, labour and materials alongside assisting on people management issues. With a requirement to set and uphold key standards of work, you will be confident in completing risk and method statements, auditing sites and liaising with clients in a professional but commercial manner.
The Candidate:
To be successful – you will adopt a ‘hands on’ approach with an ability to command respect from peers and efficiently drive a team forwards. Holding experience within the contracting, electrical or construction industry with an electrical knowledge a distinct advantage, you will thrive on problem solving tasks and display excellent organisational skills. Frequent travel and the ability to adopt a flexible working pattern to respond and meet operational requirements will be required to fulfil this role.
