Hours: Monday to Friday 9:15-6pm (Some Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays – Day off in Lieu or extra pay
Quay Holidays, a family-owned business established in 2006, offers a comprehensive booking and management service, currently letting some 85 holiday properties in and around Poole and Bournemouth. From our busy, modern offices just off Poole Quay, we directly employ booking agents, cleaners and maintenance staff and work with an established team of third-party contractors. Our aim is consistent – to ensure owners and holiday guests enjoy the highest levels of customer service. Our sister business, Quay Living, offers residential letting, management and estate agency services with a portfolio of 180 residential letting properties and a successful track-record in residential sales.
The Role
A demanding and varied role in a busy, fun office assisting the Principal and colleagues on both sides of the business;
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising service team rotas and scheduling holiday cleans
- Processing residential tenancies including referencing and renewals
- Helping organise property maintenance and renewals
- Liaising with owners, tenants and guests.
The Candidate:
- Exceptional admin skills – extremely fast and accurate
- Strong database skills and advanced Excel
- Professional but friendly approach
- Outgoing personality to fit with a lively team
- Full driving licence
- Experience in property management an advantage
