Job Title: Night Residential Support Worker

Location: Duffield, Derbyshire, DE56 4AQ

Salary: £16,835.00 – £19,929.00 pa dependent on qualifications and experience

Hours: Full Time, Permanent

Ecclesbourne Lodge is an ideal home for people with complex difficulties and challenges that require specialised ‘person centred’ support in a caring yet productive environment. Residents are able to learn practical life skills and take part in a range of community and home based activities, enabling their progress towards a more independent life.

About the role:

Your role will be to ensure the safety of the young people we support during the night.

If successful you would be required to stay attentive throughout the night and do everything possible to safeguard the young people who we support. Administering medication, supporting residents if they wake during the night, providing assistance with personal care or emotional support. As well as updating paperwork and some domestic tasks, typically deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. It is essential that you have a natural respect for the individuality and dignity of those in our care
