The Position:
We are currently looking to appoint two full-time Administrative Assistants to provide administrative support to the Gloucester office and wider BK offices. We are looking for applications from individuals who will enjoy a varied workload within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities Include:
- To primarily provide support to the Gloucester Administration team to assist with administrative workload. The role will also support administration across the whole business.
- To assist with admin duties when required including; dictation/typing, formatting, collating, binding and amending documents.
- To fully utilise equipment and systems; photocopying, scanning, printing, franking machine.
- To set up all new jobs/projects within Changepoint and administer existing jobs.
- To maintain the team’s filing systems including producing new files and regularly reorganising and archiving.
- To open, distribute and frank post.
- To assist with sending out large-scale mailshots.
- Record phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Compliance with Company standards and procedures.
- Meeting and greeting visitors and clients and acting as a point of contact.
- Assisting with invoicing and inputting and processing data.
- Supporting with the production of reports.
- Organise and support internal meetings and events as well as shadowing/working with a Senior Technical Administrator.
- Assist with arranging meetings and organising catering.
- Update and maintain BK’s management information systems ensuring data is input accurately and in a timely manner.
The Candidate:
The job will require someone who can efficiently organise their own personal workload and responsibilities; the ability to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines and provide an effective and efficient administrative service.
- Four GCSE grades A-C or 9-4 including English and Maths

- Excellent oral communication, interpersonal skills and polite telephone manner
- Excellent IT and systems skills and a highly proficient and experienced user of all Microsoft Office programmes, with excellent numeracy and spreadsheet skills
