The company is currently seeking a skilled and qualified Shipping & Logistics professional. They will have various responsibilities including supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation. Good organisation, experience meeting deadlines with customers and knowledge of the order fulfilment cycle is essential for this role.

Key duties:
- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
- Investigating goods/received discrepancies and liaising with accounts, and China office to resolve
- Perform courier/shipping for pricing – purchase order requisition and approval for invoice
- Collating/filing customs documentation for deferred VAT
- Consignment listing for connection deliveries – Expect, UK Mail etc.
- Create purchase order requisitions for services and obtaining approval
- Liaising with the Sales team for certification requirements
About you:
- 3+ Years of experience within a similar role is essential
- Basic Accounting Knowledge
- Proficient in Organisational and Time Management skills
- Clear and Good communication skills
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft package, such as Word and Excel
- Ability and flexibility working individually and within a team
