Job Title: Technical Recruiter

The role:
Our well respected Cyber solutions company is looking for a technical recruiter to conduct full-cycle technical resourcing against resource requests from a variety of stakeholders.
** The role will ultimately be office based in London, but work from home at the beginning. **
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Manage internal and external framework resourcing requests.
- Where applicable help to create job specifications
- Create innovative resourcing strategies to search for top tier talent
- Coordinate candidate screening processes
- Where applicable assist in interviews with requestors
- Coordinate candidate on boarding and follow up with requestors
- Establish, maintain and foster relationships with requestors to develop new pipelines
- Trend analysis of resource requests to identify and predict future requirement
The Candidate:
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work independently to targets
- Self-starter with ambitions to develop new pipelines
Desired Skills:
- Technical (IT) recruiting experience highly preferred.
- Experience of working with a variety of stakeholders including from within Government.
- Experience of sourcing candidates in across the UK and Europe.
- Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual etc.
- Experience of creating and altering resourcing processes.
