About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to add to our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will want to continue to build and develop their generalist expertise, whilst working with an engaging and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with business leaders to facilitate the delivery of our graduate, internship and apprenticeship schemes in conjunction with supporting the delivery of our D&I agenda.
The HR Advisor will have a strong preference for graduate recruitment coupled with a keen interest in Diversity and Inclusion.
Reporting to the Global HR Director this role will focus on the Croud’s graduate, apprenticeship and internship schemes, attracting and bringing key talent into our business in conjunction with assisting with and implementing our D&I agenda. You will oversee our graduate recruitment programmes and initiatives, ensure internal and external stakeholder management, engage with third party networks, conduct research and analysis.
Key Duties
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for all Graduates, Apprenticeships and Internships
- Be the first point of contact for Graduates, Interns and Apprentices
- Create and develop graduate, internship and apprenticeship recruitment campaigns
- Review and update job descriptions and conduct first stage interviews.
- Support all recruitment across the three geographical offices including (London, US and Australia), where required
- Support and deliver activities associated with the Diversity and Inclusion agenda across all markets, building and maintaining an understanding of the multicultural population so as to build solutions that help the company attract, retain and develop
- Build relationships with networks that support the intent and of the Diversity and Inclusion strategy
- Receiving and providing feedback to candidates and debriefing candidates and managers after interviews
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth with third party suppliers
- Collate and present key KPI information
- Ensure that the ATS and HRIS System are updated with all employee records and other HR admin as well as GDPR compliance
- Liaise will managers in all three offices (London, US and Australia) to support employee initiatives
- Proficient in performance management and coaching managers on the appropriate steps to take
- Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation
- Produce reports and key metrics to drive and support business decisions
- Other ad hoc tasks as commensurate with your role
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven track record as a HR generalist
- Demonstrable advisory and graduate recruitment experience
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
- Recruitment and selection experience
- Proficient HRIS Systems user
- Business acumen
- Demonstrable project management skills
- Excellent IT skills competency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Advisory experience
- Resilient
- Data Driven with demonstrable experience of HR metrics
- Team player
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is desirable

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
