Job Title: Labourer (In House Maintenance)

Salary: £18,198 – £18,933 per annum

The Council’s property services team are looking for a Labourer to work in their maintenance team providing reactive maintenance across the Council’s portfolio.
If you have experience in providing labour and support for tradesmen, in collecting, clearance and disposal of materials; and are able to carry out basic construction tasks unattended – we want to hear from you.
Key Requirements:
No formal qualifications are required, but applicants need to be able to demonstrate that they can undertake a construction labouring role within a maintenance team to a high standard and should have a basic understanding of construction labouring, be able to take instruction from other tradesmen and have the ability to work on their own carrying out basic construction maintenance tasks including the collection and disposal of site materials.
Applicants will need to have the highest levels of customer care and have a cheerful and positive disposition.
A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
